Hi from Houston — Marcus, planning the move

Howdy folks. I'm Marcus, 58, just sold my HVAC business in Houston, and I'm 6 months out from moving to Colombia. Scout trip in 8 weeks (Bogotá and Medellín, then Coffee Axis). Looking at the retirement visa. I'm methodical — going to ask a lot of questions, hope that's okay. Especially around banking, healthcare, and what consulate to use.
